Filming at West Wycombe

Being such an exceptional example of 17th Century architecture and style, the mansion house and grounds here form ideal locations for scenes set in the past through to modern day.

The buildings and grounds here are impossible to parallel and provide an impressive array of variation to suit almost any need, whether that need be a busy restaurant in Paris (Les Visiteurs) or a quiet country hotel in deepest rural England (Bridget Jones's Diary).

The sheer versatility provided by the estate can replicate any manner of interpretations or representations irrespective of requirements.

Access, an important issue for location managers, is easily gained to almost all areas of the estate. Desirable buildings almost exclusively have good access from main roads and parking or hard standing is usually adjacent or very close by.

The Estate is in easy reach of both Elstree and Pinewood, and is a 40 minute journey from Marylebone Station in London.
